Client: any person, individual, or business that uses and/or purchases products and/or services from Runners Across Jordan Ltd.
Original purchase: is the date the product and/or service has been handed over to the client.

Software and Hardware products
We issue refunds for software or hardware products related to our Technology products or services that face technical problems and/or when the client is unsatisfied with the product and/or service within 7 days of the original purchase of the product and/or service with up to 50% of the total price of the product which is the base cost for creating the product and/or service after 100% of the price of the product and/or service is paid in full. Clients should destroy all traces of the product and/or service in case it is software and must return all the hardware products for inspection purposes once refund has been issued and has no right to use the product and/or service once refund has been made.
Refunds and returns will be denied for reasons not described in this policy and/or exceeding the “7 days” policy upon receiving of the product and/or service.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving, using or downloading our products and/or services.
Tickets are not refundable once the purchase has been made.
